Nina Patterson BSMe, MPT, CSCS Is an ART Active Release Technique (r) instructor, and has been a member of the medical staff at the Ironman World Championship Triathlon in Kona Hawaii since 2006, and led the ART medical staff at Boulder Ironman in Boulder Colorado in 2015 treating thousands of athletes from all over the world.
